About Homeland Innovators Housing 1st (501c3)
Homeland Innovators Housing 1st (501c3) is a Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming communities through innovative housing solutions, entrepreneurial collaboration, and real estate development.

Founded on the principles of the National Alliance to End Homelessness, HLI-Housing 1st operates with a simple mission: Empower communities by building housing, supporting entrepreneurs, and creating long-term economic impact.
Through our nonprofit housing work, our Entrepreneur Networking Group, and our real estate development arm, we are building a stronger, more sustainable future for Pueblo and Southern Colorado.

A Private Networking Community for Innovators & Deal Makers
The Homeland Innovators Entrepreneurship Membership Group (HLI-EMG) brings together entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and business owners who collaborate on deals, share opportunities, and elevate each other.
Members meet monthly at the PEDCO Building in Pueblo, CO to:

Membership is $100 per year, and most proceeds support a local charity chosen annually by the group.
