VET VILLA COTTAGE COMMUNITY
Vet Villa provides a micro-community for Veterans in Southern Colorado, combining private homes, shared spaces, and wrap-around services from Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center to support stability and independence.

Type-A Cottage Character
Covered front porch, clean stucco walls, dark window/door trim, simple modern parapet forms and xeriscape founding planting.

Type-B Cottage Character
Stepped entry parapet, exposed vigas, warm wood front door, porch railing/stairs and Pueblo style elevation massing.
Overall Design Intent
Type-A and Type-B cottages are to present a consistent Southwest / Pueblo character with warm stucco, low-slope roof forms, parapet accents, dark trim, porch portals, vigas and durable exterior lighting.
Carport Character
Open-sided timber-frame appearance with low-pitch room form. Two 8-car ports are anticipated in the site concept, final parking count, stall dimensions and setbacks to be coordinated with civil site plan.
Conceptual Use
